The S&P Technology Dividend Aristocrats® Index is designed to measure the equal-weighted performance of companies within the S&P Total Market Index (TMI) that are classified in the Information Technology sector, or the Internet & Direct Marketing Retail, Interactive Home Entertainment, or Interactive Media & Services sub-industries, that have followed a policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least seven years.

* The index is rebalanced each January, April, July and October, with an annual reconstitution during the January rebalance.
